No more home visits
My therapist (Kal Farrell) has been coming three times a week and putting me through a regimen of exercises; my knee has now progressed to the point that I no longer need him to make home visits. Teddy & I pretty much know the routine and those that I can't do alone she can help me with. I now walk well without my cane and have started using my right leg to lift me up steps. My mobility is progressing slowly to the point that I can bend my knee to 100 degrees. My goal is 110 degrees so that I can ride a bike again. With Teddy's help I have also been sticking to a strict diet and have dropped 25 lbs. since the surgery.
Here is Kal working on my knee during one of his recent visits. You will note from my expression that I am not exactly enjoying it.
